Other Servers Menu Item

Added clickable links to the banners. All links open in a new window and display
the respective page on BattleTracker. This allows you to see who is actually playing
on the server instead of just how many players are on the server.

** No one has requested any other servers to be added, if there is a server you frequent
and would like it listed here just send me a pm with the server...
